As an experienced Festival Director and Executive Producer, Vickii has 17 years’ experience leading some of Australia’s most iconic events, managing festival operations, marketing and sponsorship teams to produce events of an international standard.
These include serving as Executive Producer for Vivid Sydney Festival, Floriade, NightFest and the Enlighten Festival in Canberra. She has also managed other complex multi-day festivals across multiple venues, and served in executive roles at the Byron Bay Bluesfest, Canberra Writers Festival, the Gympie Music Muster, and the Noosa Jazz Festival.
Vickii also brings expertise in project management skills, business and legal acumen, and stakeholder management. This makes her an exceptional strategic leader with the unique skill and ability to maintain an aerial view of the project while balancing business, legal, risk and commercial interests in decision making and prioritisation. In addition, her legal grounding enables her to navigate compliance and legislative requirements with sound efficiency assuring current, compliant, and balanced workplace health and safety, risk and emergency management plans.
